The FTM-1610 Standard Integrated Coriolis Mass Flowmeter uses the Coriolis force effect to directly measure the mass flow of the medium passing through the flowmeter. It can also measure the volumetric flow and density of the medium and indirectly measure the temperature of the medium.
It is suitable for ingredient dosing, filling, and accurate metering in the food and beverage industry; feeding ingredients into reactors and aromatic hydrocarbon cracking in the chemical industry; metering and transportation of petroleum and natural gas; marine fuel consumption measurement; pulp and paper additives; colorant addition; and other applications.
Corrosion-resistant all-stainless-steel material, ABS fully molded probe, simple structure.
■ Strong and durable, with no moving parts and no dead zones; easy to clean, long service life, and strong anti-interference capability.
■ High measurement accuracy, good stability, and short response time.
■ Can measure multiple parameters such as mass flow, volumetric flow, density, temperature, etc.
■ Can be used not only for general process measurement, but also for measuring toxic liquids, pulp, and paste-like liquids.
■ Uses SMD components and surface-mount technology (SMT), providing high circuit reliability.
■ The measuring range can be modified online on site according to the actual needs of the user to better match the data acquisition terminal.
■ Optional digital communication signal outputs include RS485, RS232, HART, Modbus, Profibus-DP, and others.
■ Equipped with self-check, self-diagnosis, and alarm functions.
■ Ultra-low EMI switching power supply, suitable for a wide range of power supply voltage variations, with good EMI resistance.
■ The FTM-1610 Standard Integrated Coriolis Mass Flowmeter is used to measure mass flow, volumetric flow, density, and temperature in mining and energy, steel, petroleum, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, electric power, industrial, water conservancy, and other sectors.
It can also measure corrosive and toxic liquids such as acids, alkalis, and salts.
