Doweston provides you with the services based on the following conditions and terms. Please read them carefully and comply with them.

Welcome to read the Terms of Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") of Doweston (hereinafter referred to as "Doweston"). The terms and conditions described in this agreement apply to your use of the website owned by Doweston (the domain name involved is doweston.cn, doweston.com is hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Doweston website"), and the various intellectual property tools and services provided by governments, universities, institutions, enterprises and individuals (hereinafter referred to as the "Services")

1. Acceptance of Terms

1. The content of this agreement includes the text of the agreement and all various rules that Doweston has published or may publish in the future. All rules are an integral part of the agreement and have the same legal effect as the text of the agreement.

2. Entering the Doweston website and using the service in any way means that you have fully read, understood and agreed to accept the terms and conditions of this agreement (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Terms").

3. Doweston has the right to amend the "Terms" at its discretion based on business needs and update them in the form of website announcements without notifying you separately. The revised "Terms" will come into effect once they are published on the Baohua Tendering website. If you do not agree to the relevant revisions, please stop using the "Service" immediately. If you continue to use the "Service", it will be deemed that you have accepted the revised "Terms". If there is a dispute between you and Daweiston, the newly released "Terms" shall prevail.

2. Registration

1. Service users

You confirm that when you complete the registration process or actually use the service in other ways permitted by Daweiston, you should be a natural person, legal person or other organization with full civil rights capacity and behavioral capacity commensurate with the civil acts you are engaged in. If you do not have the above-mentioned subject qualifications, please do not use the service, otherwise you and your guardian shall bear all consequences resulting therefrom, and Doweston has the right to cancel (permanently freeze) your account or stop the services you obtain, and claim compensation from you and your guardian. If you register on our website on behalf of a company or other legal subject, you state and warrant that you have the right to bind the company or legal subject to the "Terms" of this Agreement.

2. Register an account

2.1 After you fill in the information in accordance with the prompts on the registration page, read and agree to this agreement, and complete the entire registration process, or after you fill in the information in accordance with the prompts on the activation page, read and agree to this agreement, and complete the entire activation process, or when you actually use the Doweston website services in other ways permitted by Doweston, you will be bound by this Agreement. You can use the username or confirmed email you provided or other methods permitted by Doweston as a login method to enter the Doweston website.

2.2 You understand and agree that if you complete the registration process on this website, as long as your registration is successful, you can obtain your "Do Weston Website" login user name. You hereby expressly authorize that when you successfully register your account information, you have authorized this website to disclose it to all Doweston websites and authorize the Doweston website to use it at the same time, so that you can use the Doweston website services more conveniently.

2.3 You can set a nickname for your account, but the nickname you set must not infringe or be suspected of infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others. If the nickname you set is suspected of infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, Doweston has the right to terminate the service provided to you and cancel your account. After the account is canceled, the corresponding nickname will be open to other authorized users for registration and use.

2.4 When completing the registration or activation process, you should accurately provide and timely update your information according to the prompts on the corresponding page in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations to make it true, timely, complete and accurate. If there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the information you provided is wrong, untrue, outdated or incomplete, Doweston has the right to send you inquiries and/or request correction notices, and has the right to directly delete the corresponding information until it terminates the provision of part or all of Doweston services to you. Doweston does not assume any responsibility for this, and you will bear any direct or indirect losses and adverse consequences resulting therefrom.

3. Account security

You are solely responsible for keeping your "Do Weston Website" login username and password confidential, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under this login username and password (including but not limited to information disclosure, release of information, online clicks to agree or submission of various rules and agreements, online renewal of agreements or purchase of services, etc.). 4. Termination of service

1. Service termination:

1.1 You agree that if Doweston does not charge you, Doweston may, at its sole discretion, terminate your "Service" password, account (or any part thereof) or your use of the "Service" for any reason (including but not limited to Doweston's belief that you have violated the letter and spirit of this Agreement, or that you have acted in a manner inconsistent with the letter and spirit of this Agreement). You agree that in the event that Doweston charges you, Doweston shall implement the above-mentioned termination of service based on reasonable suspicion and upon notification by email. You further acknowledge and agree that if Doweston terminates your service in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, it may immediately invalidate your account, or cancel your account and all related materials and files in your account, and/or prohibit you from further accessing such files or "services". After the account is terminated, Doweston has no obligation to retain any information in or related to the original account for you, or to forward any unread or unsent information to you or a third party. In addition, you agree that Doweston will not be liable to you or any third party for the termination of the "services" provided to you.

1.2 You have the right to request Doweston to cancel your account. If Doweston approves it, Doweston will cancel your account. At that time, the contractual relationship between you and Doweston based on this agreement will be terminated. After your account is canceled, Doweston has no obligation to retain or disclose to you any information in your account, nor is it obligated to forward any information to you or a third party that you have not read or sent.

1.3. You understand and agree that after the termination of your contractual relationship with Doweston:

A) Doweston has the right to continue to store your information.

B) If you commit any illegal act or violate this Agreement and/or the rules while using the service, Doweston may still claim rights against you in accordance with this Agreement.

C) The relationship between you and other users during the use of the service will not be terminated by the termination of this agreement. Other users still have the right to assert rights against you, and you should continue to perform your obligations according to your commitments.

5. Logout of the "Doweston website" login user name

1. If you have not logged into this website using your account, email or other methods and passwords recognized by this website for one consecutive year, nor have you logged into any other Doweston website, your "Doweston website" login username may be canceled and you will no longer be able to log in to any Doweston website, and all Doweston website services will be terminated at the same time.

2. You agree and authorize the Doweston website. If you commit fraud, publish false information, infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, or otherwise seriously violate the rules of any Doweston website on any Doweston website, the website has the right to disclose this within the scope of the Doweston website. Your "Doweston website" login user name may be canceled and you will no longer be able to log in to any website under the Doweston website. All website services will be terminated at the same time.

6. About fees.

Doweston reserves the right to charge fees for "services" after notifying you in accordance with Article "1". In addition, all tax payable, as well as related hardware, software, communications, network services and other expenses incurred by you due to transactions, obtaining paid services from Doweston or contacting Doweston servers are borne by you. Doweston reserves the right to temporarily or permanently change or discontinue part or all of the "Services" without issuing written notice and only by announcing it on the website.

7. About the services and status of Doweston website platform

1. Through the website service of Doweston, you can publish and query product information published by Doweston on the website, obtain other product information provided by Doweston or third parties, and participate in activities organized by Doweston.

2. The Doweston website is only used to display product information that the company is selling or may sell. At the same time, Doweston is not involved in the legal relationships and legal disputes arising from transactions between users, and will not and cannot be involved in the transactions between the parties.

Please note that Doweston cannot control or guarantee the authenticity, legality, and accuracy of transaction information, nor can it control or guarantee the intellectual property rights, product quality, safety or legality involved in the transaction, or the ability of relevant transaction parties to perform various obligations under the transaction agreement. Doweston cannot and does not control whether parties to a transaction can perform their obligations under the agreement. Additionally, you should be aware that there is an inherent risk of transacting with someone acting fraudulently. Doweston urges you to use caution and common sense when using the Doweston website.

8. Service usage specifications

1. Rules about your information

1.1 "Your information" includes any information, including data, text, software, music, sound, photos, drawings, images, words or other materials that you provide to Daweiston or other users during the process of registration, posting information or transactions, in any public information forum or through any e-mail form. You shall bear full responsibility for "your information", and Daweishun only serves as a passive channel for you to publish and publish "your information" online.

1.2 You agree and promise that "your information" and any "items" you provide for trading on the Doweston website (generally refers to all tangible or intangible items that exist in various forms, or some kind of rights or interests, or some kind of notes or securities, or some kind of services or behaviors that can be traded in accordance with the law, tangible or intangible, or some kind of services or behaviors. The word "items" in this agreement has this meaning):

A. There will be no element of fraud and no involvement in the sale of counterfeit goods or theft;

B. Will not infringe any third party's property rights, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets or other intellectual property rights, or privacy rights or reputation rights;

C. Will not violate any laws, regulations, ordinances or regulations (including but not limited to laws, regulations, ordinances or regulations regulating export management, operating under licenses, trade quotas, consumer protection, unfair competition or false advertising), this Agreement and related rules;

D. Will not contain content that is defamatory (including commercial libel), unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing;

E. Will not be obscene or contain any child pornography;

F. Will not contain any virus, camouflage program, computer worm, time bomb or other computer program that is intended to damage, maliciously interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information;

G. Does not contain information that Doweston believes should be prohibited or inappropriate for promotion or transaction through the Doweston website.

1.3 You agree that you will not make commercial use of any information, including but not limited to copying any information displayed on the Doweston website for commercial purposes without the prior written approval of Doweston.

2. The consequences of violating the rules.

2.1 If Doweston believes that "your information" may subject Doweston to any legal or moral liability, or may cause Doweston to lose (in whole or in part) the services of Doweston's Internet service provider or other supplier, Doweston may, at its sole and absolute discretion, take any action on "your information" that Doweston deems necessary or appropriate, including but not limited to deleting such information. You hereby warrant that you own all rights to "your information" submitted to Daweiston, including all copyrights. You confirm that Doweston has no responsibility to identify or decide which information you submit to Doweston should be protected, nor is Doweston responsible for the use of "your information" by other users who enjoy the "service".

2.2 If your suspected breach of commitment causes damage to any third party, you shall independently bear all legal responsibilities in your own name and ensure that Doweston is exempted from liability.

2.3 Without limiting other remedies, if any of the following circumstances occurs, Doweston may immediately issue a warning, temporarily suspend, permanently suspend or terminate your membership, delete any of your existing transaction information, and any other information you display on the website: (i) you violate this Agreement; (ii) Doweston cannot verify or authenticate any information you provide to Doweston; or (iii) Doweston believes that your actions may cause any legal liability for you, Doweston users or third-party service providers who provide services through Doweston or the Doweston website. Without limiting any other remedies, Doweston may suspend or terminate your account if you are found to have engaged in fraudulent activity involving the Doweston website.

2.4 If it is confirmed by effective legal documents that the user has violated the law or violated this agreement, or Doweston determines on its own that the user is suspected of violating the law or violating this agreement, Doweston has the right to publish the user's illegal behavior in the form of online publication on the Doweston website and impose penalties (including but not limited to restriction of rights, termination of services, etc.).

9. License rights granted by you.

You grant the Company an exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, free license to use (and have the right to sublicense this right at multiple levels), enabling the Company to use (in whole or in part), copy, revise, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform and display "Your Information" or create derivative works thereof, and/or incorporate "Your Information" into other works in any form, media or technology now known or later developed.

10. Privacy.

Notwithstanding the permitted use rights stipulated in Article 9, protecting your privacy is a basic principle of Doweston, and for this purpose Doweston will also use "your information" in accordance with Doweston's "Privacy Statement". All terms of Doweston's Privacy Statement are part of this agreement, so you must read it carefully. Please note that once you voluntarily disclose "your information" on the Doweston website, such information may be obtained and used by other parties.

11. Scope and Limitation of Liability.

1. You expressly understand and agree that Doweston is not responsible for any damages arising from any of the following situations, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, etc. or other intangible losses (regardless of whether Doweston has been informed of the possibility of such damages): (i) use or failure to use the "Service"; (ii) The costs of obtaining substitute goods and services arising from the purchase or acquisition of any goods, samples, data, materials or services through or from the "Service", or the receipt of any information or the conclusion of any transactions through or from the "Service"; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) any third party's statements on the "Service" or conduct regarding the "Service"; or (v) any other matters related to the "Service" for any reason, including negligence.

2. Daweiston will make every effort to make you have fun in the process of using Daweiston website. Unfortunately, Doweston cannot foresee any technical or other difficulties at any time. Such difficulties may result in data loss or other service interruptions. To this end, you expressly understand and agree that your use of the "Services" is at your own risk, and that the "Services" are provided "as is" and "as available". Doweston expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Doweston does not guarantee the following: (i) the "service" will meet your requirements; (ii) the "service" will not be interrupted, and will be timely, secure and error-free; (iii) the results that may be obtained by using the "service" will be accurate or reliable; and (iv) the quality of any products, services, information or other materials you purchase or obtain through the "service" will meet your expectations. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the "Service" is done at your own discretion and at your own risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that occurs as a result of your downloading any such material. No oral or written opinion or information obtained by you from Micro Trade or through or from the Service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in this Agreement.

12. Compensation.

You agree that if you violate this Agreement or other documents incorporated into this Agreement by reference here, or because you violate the law and infringe upon the legal rights of a third party, or because you violate the law and bear administrative or criminal liability, any third party or administrative or judicial authority may impose liability on Doweston and its subsidiaries, If affiliates, branches, directors, employees, or agents make claims or penalties (including judicial fees and other professional fees), you must fully compensate Doweston and its subsidiaries, affiliates, branches, directors, employees, agents, etc., and protect them from losses.

13. Links.

The Service or third parties may provide links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because Doweston has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that Doweston is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, services or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, services or other materials available on or through any such linked website or resource.

14. Notice.

1. You should accurately fill in and promptly update the email address, contact number, contact address, postal code and other contact information you provide so that Doweston or other users can effectively contact you. Any losses or increased expenses incurred by you while using Doweston services due to the inability to contact you through these contact methods shall be entirely borne by you. You understand and agree that you are obliged to maintain the validity of the contact information you provide. If there are changes that need to be updated, you should operate as required by Doweston.

2. Unless otherwise expressly provided, any notice between you and Doweston shall be sent by email, (in the case of Doweston) the email address is info@doweston.com, or (in your case) to the email address you provided to Doweston during the registration process, or such other address specified by the relevant party. Notice shall be deemed given twenty-four (24) hours after the email is sent, unless the sender is notified that the relevant email address is no longer valid. Alternatively, Wonderkind may give you notice by certified mail, postage prepaid and return receipt requested, to the address provided during registration. In such case, notice will be deemed given three (3) days after the date of posting.

15. Force majeure.

Doweston will not be liable to you for any delay or failure to perform due to reasons beyond Doweston's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes or riots, material shortages or rationing, riots, acts of war, government actions, communications or other facility failures, or serious casualties.

16. Applicable law, jurisdiction and others

1. The validity, interpretation, modification, execution and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China. If there are no relevant legal provisions, general international business practices and/or industry practices shall be referred to.

2. The relationship between you and Doweston is only that of independent contractors. This Agreement is not intended to form or create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment and employment or specific authorization and authorization relationship.

3. You agree that Doweston has the right to transfer part or all of its rights and obligations under this Agreement due to business needs without further notification to you and obtaining your consent.

4. Any disputes arising out of or related to this agreement or Doweston's services shall be filed in the People's Court where Doweston is located.

5. This agreement replaces any previous written or oral agreement between you and Doweston on the same matters. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be revoked and the remaining provisions shall be observed and enforced. The headings of the terms are for convenience of reference only and do not in any way define, limit, interpret or describe the scope or limits of the terms. Doweston's failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not constitute a withdrawal of the right by Doweston to act with respect to any subsequent or similar breaches.
