Six technical highlights for long-term reliability in every industrial water type
A built-in high-precision NTC sensor supports linear/nonlinear compensation algorithms with a programmable 0.00%~10.00%/°C coefficient. The standardized 25°C reference output meets USP<645> and ISO requirements.
Four cell constants — K=0.01 (ultrapure water), 0.1 (purified water/WFI), 1.0 (cooling water) and 10.0 (high-salinity wastewater) — cover precise conductivity measurement from 0.055µS/cm to 1000 mS/cm.
Every model has a built-in RS-485 Modbus RTU stack that connects directly to mainstream PLC/DCS/SCADA systems. Digital signals transmit long distances with zero drift — none of the calibration drift of analog signals.
Overall IP68 design supports continuous submersion in wet wells, cooling-water piping and pharmaceutical purified water loops. The 316L stainless housing and POM electrode holder resist acid/alkali corrosion.
Premium 316L/titanium electrodes with precisely controlled geometry ensure highly consistent cell constants. The two-electrode structure eliminates polarization and stray capacitance for stable, reliable low-conductivity measurement.
Contacting conductivity sensors have no consumable parts (no membranes, electrolyte or reagents). Routine care is a periodic rinse of the electrodes — lifetime operating cost is far below traditional electrochemical sensors.
Core online conductivity monitoring across pharmaceutical purified water, cooling water, municipal wastewater and power plant boilers
Online conductivity monitoring of WFI, PW and pure steam condensate meets CP, USP<645> and EP standards. The K=0.1 cm⁻¹ cell is available for precise, stable trace-conductivity detection.
Online conductivity monitoring in cooling tower and heat exchanger loops tracks TDS trends and automatically controls blowdown to balance water savings with scale prevention.
Online influent/effluent conductivity monitoring at treatment plants quickly reveals shock loads and TDS trends. SS/turbidity do not interfere with conductivity, so sensors can be installed right after coarse screens.
Continuous online monitoring of feedwater conductivity (after cation exchange), boiler water and steam cation conductivity prevents turbine salt deposits and corrosion. K=0.1/0.01 cells are dedicated to high-sensitivity trace conductivity.
Online monitoring of CIP solution concentration and rinse residue. Real-time conductivity quickly and accurately detects CIP end points, optimizing cycle time and chemical usage.
Online concentration monitoring and automatic chemical dosing control for plating, anodizing and electrolysis baths. K=1.0/10.0 high-range cells in 316L/titanium resist strong acids and alkalis.
