In actual applications, turbine flow meter actually have different requirements for temperature. For high-quality products, the applicable medium temperature will be relatively large, while for ordinary products, the medium temperature may not be reached within a wide range.
It may not be suitable for use in places with large temperature differences.
Today, I will tell you what the commonly used turbine flow meter is in use and its basic medium temperature.
One is: medium temperature range.
The medium temperature range is generally between 80°C and -20°C. For example, if it is below -20°C, it may be 30°C and 40°C in extremely cold weather. If a turbine flow meter is used in such a place, we need to purchase some product types that can be applied to these temperatures. Ordinary products may not be able to adapt to such medium temperatures.
Second: ambient temperature.
Generally speaking, the ambient temperature is required to be around -20°C~-60°C. If the ambient temperature is relatively high, for example, the ambient temperature has reached 100°C, some problems may occur when using the product.
Third: relative humidity.
When using this product, the ambient humidity must be observed. It is not good to have too high or too low humidity, but in fact, the humidity requirements of the product during specific use are not particularly high, only 5%-90%.
In addition to the above related parameters, it is also recommended that you understand the working power supply of the turbine flow meter. The working power supply includes internal power supply and external power supply, as well as its net energy consumption during actual use. This is completely different.
For high-quality products, their overall energy consumption will be better. For example, the average external power consumption of a good turbine flow meter is less than or equal to one watt. This kind of energy consumption is very small, and it is also environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
In addition, it is recommended to understand its signal output function, pulse signal, current signal, control signal, and communication output function when purchasing. A good turbine flow meter basically has a real-time recording function and can be used for daily recording, start-stop recording and other fixed time interval recordings. It also has many advantages in practical applications, which can greatly reduce the difficulty of our work. Therefore, in this regard, we must pay more attention and attention to ensure that there are no mistakes in purchasing!
