Submersible Level TransmitterAccording to the mathematical model relationship between the pressure, density and liquid level of the liquid to be measured, the liquid level pressure proportional to the liquid level depth is measured, and the signal processing circuit converts it into a standard signal output. Special gas cables, gold-first sealing technology, reliable dedicated amplifier circuits, and precise temperature compensation technology make the product feature high precision, small size, and good leakage prevention performance. It works reliably and stably when immersed in liquid for a long time.
Precautions for safe use of input liquid level gauge:
1. The pressure inlet of the transmitter has an isolation diaphragm. Do not contact it with foreign objects.
2. When transporting and installing the transmitter, care should be taken to avoid the impact of collision on circuit performance.
3. When installing the input input liquid level meter, please do not use wires to lift heavy objects other than the product.
4. Please strictly follow the wiring method to make electrical connections. Incorrect wiring can damage the amplifier circuit.
5. If you encounter any problems during installation and use, please contact the company. If the product is abnormal, please do not disassemble it for repair without authorization.
6. The conductor is a special waterproof conductor. During installation and use, wire abrasion, punctures and abrasions should be avoided. If the above problems exist on site, protective measures should be taken for the wires. If this type of problem occurs and causes a malfunction, the manufacturer will charge a cable fee for repair.
7. The probe should be unclogged regularly to prevent the pressure inlet from being blocked.
The input liquid level gauge is based on the principle that the static pressure of the liquid to be measured is proportional to the height of the liquid. It uses an isolated diffused silicon sensor or a ceramic capacitive pressure sensor to convert the static pressure into an electrical signal, and then converts the static pressure into a standard electrical signal through temperature compensation and linear correction.
Precautions for installation of submersible liquid level gauge:
1) When cleaning, first open the nut of the iron pipe of the input water level meter, and carefully take out the liquid level transmitter; remove debris (such as aquatic plants, plankton, etc.) attached to the liquid level transmitter.
2) When cleaning the pressure tapping hole of the water level gauge, you can inject trichlorethylene or alcohol into the pressure tapping hole to half its height and soak it for about 5 minutes, then shake it gently and repeat several times until it is clean. It is prohibited to use any instrument to clean the pressure-sensitive hole to avoid damaging the pressure-sensitive diaphragm of the sensitive core.
3) When cleaning the pressure interface and pressure measuring hole of the transmitter, avoid using brushes or metal tools with excessive hardness to avoid damaging the sensitive core and pressure interface threads.
4) After cleaning, slowly put the liquid level transmitter back into the iron pipe. Feel that the lower part of the iron pipe has been placed, and then put the nut back into place.
5) After removing and cleaning, reinstall. Since the installation depth will change to a certain extent, it is necessary to refer to the water level gauge at the same water level of the sluice again to correct the detection value of the secondary instrument to ensure the accuracy of the sampling data.
