Gas Mass Flow MeterUsed for gas measurement in the chemical industry, steel industry, environmental protection, power plants, laboratories, etc., such as factory compressed air, boiler gas and air supply detection, chimney flue exhaust, power plant blast furnace primary and secondary air treatment, flare gas measurement and control, ironmaking plant blast furnace gas measurement, coking plant coke oven gas measurement, etc.

Gas mass flow meters are very important in some important industrial fields. This device, installed in pipes, detects gases. The gas mass flow meter introduced by the manufacturer plays a role in monitoring the flow rate of the pipeline system. Let's take a look at the characteristics of gas mass flow meters:

1. Easy to install and maintain.

First of all, friends with relevant practical experience feel that the installation and use of thermal gas mass flow meter are very convenient and quick. With this experience, everyone can get a good application experience when installing or debugging.

2. monitoring high accuracy

Of course, the key to people's attention to the thermal gas mass flow meter is whether it can meet the requirements for accurate monitoring of gas flow and undertake the task of high-precision monitoring in various environments.

3. Very durable

The data model of the gas mass flow meter is very easy to use. Its ease of use is mainly reflected in the fact that the gas mass flow meter can maintain a certain stability for a long time in various environments.

Gas mass flow meters are widely used in many fields, so do you know how gas mass flow meters measure liquid ammonia?

Generally speaking, the measurement method of liquid ammonia is based on the Coriolis force principle. When no liquid flows through two parallel flow tubes vibrating at a certain frequency, the flow tubes do not produce torsional vibration, and the two detection signals output by the signal detectors on both sides of the tubes are in the same phase; when the fluid flows through the flow tube, the flow tube produces torsional vibration under the action of Coriolis force, resulting in a phase difference between the two detection signals output by the signal detectors on both sides of the tube. The phase difference is proportional to the mass flow rate through the T-shaped flow tube.

Because the sensor outputs a resonant frequency signal. Therefore, during the installation process, the straight pipes at both ends of the flow meter undergo special anti-vibration treatment. Liquid ammonia should come out from the bottom of the relay tank. The purpose is to open the liquid seal for the gas mass flow meter, so that liquid ammonia fills the pipe in the flow meter, further reducing the vibration of the pipe, thereby ensuring its measurement accuracy.

Since the flow meter is installed surrounded by a circulation machine and a large compressor, when the large motor is started, it will cause fluctuations in the grid voltage. In order to ensure that the resonant frequency of the flow meter tee is stable at 80Hz and the amplitude is less than 1mm, the voltage frequency of the drive coil must be stable. Therefore, an AC voltage regulator was added to the instrument power supply unit.

Because the method of measuring liquid ammonia with a gas mass flow meter has ended its history for decades, the production of liquid ammonia is measured with a glass level gauge in the liquid ammonia tank. At the same time, the accurate measurement of flow meters solves the conflicts and disputes over the distribution of liquid ammonia measurement among branches, and also reduces the workload and maintenance of instruments.
