Gas Mass Flow MeterIt is an instrument for measuring gas flow. Its measurement values will not be inaccurate due to fluctuations in temperature or pressure, and no temperature and pressure compensation is required. It can set the flow rate as needed and automatically keep the flow rate constant at the set value. Even if the system pressure fluctuates or the ambient temperature changes, it will not deviate from the set value. A given amount of gas can be precisely controlled and the ratio of different gases used for flow control in many processes. Directly measure the mass flow of gas and output a mass flow signal without the need for other equipment. It can measure both small flows and large flows with a diverter device, and has a wide temperature and pressure range. At present, the temperature measurement error of similar domestic products is above 0.5. Our gas mass flow meters use temperature sensors and precision measurement circuits, and their temperature accuracy far exceeds similar domestic products. Advanced temperature compensation algorithm provides reliable guarantee for flow and density measurement.
Let's take a look at what factors affect gas mass flow meters.
1. Pressure situation
The gas pressure measured by the gas mass flow meter used in the distributor is not less than 20MPa, and the pressure is much greater than atmospheric pressure. The high pressure changes the internal stress of the vibrating tube and increases the equivalent stiffness of the elastic tube, thereby increasing the vibration frequency of the vibrating tube and reducing the phase difference between the two tubes. When the gas flows through the vibrating tube, there is a pressure drop, which causes the force on the vibrating tube to be asymmetrical and also affects the phase difference.
2. Effect of temperature
The operating temperature of CMF for air distributors is much lower than room temperature, so the influence of temperature must be considered. Changes in medium or ambient temperature will change various factors such as the Young's modulus of the measuring vibration tube and the structure of the zero point drift.
3. Traffic problem
Compressed gas has low density and fast flow rate, and its influence cannot be ignored. Ideally, when the flow rate increases, the vibration frequency of the vibrating tube decreases. Normally, the change in fluid density is small, so the flow rate can be considered to be proportional to the fluid mass flow rate. Therefore, the compensation of flow can be transformed into the non-linear factors of flow change to compensate.
Today, with the rapid development of market economy, information automation has become the main driving force for development in this era. Moreover, with the development of information automation technology and the deepening of all walks of life, especially in the gas mass flow meter industry, unlimited possibilities have been created for gas mass flow meters. Gas mass flow meters are increasingly used in industry, which further illustrates the importance of information automation for gas mass flow meters. Only by fully preparing for the development of information automation and meeting the test of the market can gas mass flow meters develop rapidly.
