With the progress of social development, in order to keep up with the times, enterprises have been pursuing faster and more efficient, but while pursuing speed, they have not forgotten the pursuit of quality and technology.Gas Mass Flow MeterThe same goes for industries.

With its simple operation, powerful functions and exquisite craftsmanship, the gas mass flow meter has rapidly improved its status in the industry, allowing us to play an important role in on-site cooperation and market expansion.

The four major advantages of gas mass flow meters are as follows:

1. The measurement and control of flow will not be inaccurate due to fluctuations in temperature or pressure.

For most flow measurement and control systems, it is difficult to avoid system pressure fluctuations and temperature changes in the environment and medium. For ordinary flow meters, fluctuations in pressure and temperature will cause large errors; for gas mass flow meters/gas mass flow meters, they can generally be ignored.

2. measurement control automation

The gas mass flow meter/gas mass flow meter can output the measured flow value as a standard electrical signal. It is easy to realize flow digital display, automatic measurement of cumulative flow, automatic data recording, computer management, etc.

For gas mass flow meters, automatic control of flow can also be achieved.

3. Control flow accurately and quantitatively

The flow controller can accurately control a given gas amount, which is particularly useful for flow control of many processes and proportional control of different gases.

Reasons why the gas mass flow meter suddenly stops during use:

1. Oscillation. The introduction of the U-shaped double-tube flow meter solution greatly reduces, but does not completely eliminate, the impact of common mode oscillation on gas mass flow meters. External oscillations introduced by the piping system can cause undesirable oscillation patterns of the sensor. If the external oscillation frequency is equal to or close to the frequency of the sensor drive system, it will interfere with the instrument's drive control system, causing the flow tube to oscillate unstablely or stop vibrating.

2. Sediments and suspended solids. Gas mass flow meters can calculate the mass content of one component in a two-component solution or slurry. Accurate density measurement is necessary to prevent sediments from adhering to the walls of the measuring tube or solid particles settling out of suspension, so the occurrence of too low a flow rate should be minimized.

3. Entrainment of air bubbles. When the flow meter is used for liquid flow measurement, when the content of mist gas reaches a certain volume content, the gas mass flow meter will stop working. These bubbles dampen the vibrations of the measuring tube used to generate the Coriolis force, and the gas should be eliminated before the sensor. If this is difficult to achieve, try to reduce the gas content as much as possible, that is, increase the pressure inside the sensor as much as possible, and maintain a high liquid flow rate to ensure that the bubbles are evenly dispersed into smaller bubbles.
