Submersible Level TransmitterHow to connect?
The input liquid level sensor is a sensor that measures liquid level pressure. According to the principle of the static pressure of the measured fluid, it is proportional to the height of the liquid. It uses an isolated diffused silicon sensing element or a sensitive ceramic capacitive pressure sensor to convert the static pressure into an electrical signal. After temperature compensation and linear correction, it is converted into a standard electrical signal. It is generally suitable for various median measurements in systems and industries such as petrochemical, metallurgy, electric power, pharmaceuticals, water supply and drainage, and environmental protection. The input level sensor (static level gauge/level transmitter/level sensor/water level sensor) is a pressure sensor used to measure liquid level.
The basic working principle of the input liquid level gauge is hydrostatic liquid level measurement. In a liquid medium, the pressure developed at a certain depth is the weight of the medium above the measuring point. It is proportional to the density of the medium and the local gravitational acceleration. The proportional relationship between them is reflected by the formula P=ρ GH. Where P=pressure, ρ=medium density, G=gravitational acceleration, H=measuring point depth. Therefore, the physical quantity measured by the submersible level meter is actually pressure, which can be understood through the calibration unit mH2O of the submersible level gauge. The actual liquid level must be converted after knowing the two parameters of density and gravity acceleration. In the industrial field, this conversion is usually performed by secondary instruments or PLC. The input level meter mainly measures corrosive liquids such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, sodium hydroxide, and hydrogen peroxide, or chemical and electroplating wastewater. Mainly used for the measurement of corrosive media, it has the advantages of strong corrosion resistance and stable performance. Here we introduce the use of anti-corrosion input level gauge.
The pressure-sensitive core of the input liquid level gauge uses a ceramic sensor, which has strong corrosion resistance. The internal dedicated integrated circuit converts the sensor's millivolt signal into a standard long-distance transmission current signal, which can be directly connected to a computer interface card, control instrument, smart instrument or PLC. This series of products are widely used in industrial process control, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy and other industries. The input liquid level gauge uses single crystal silicon as the base sensor, and uses advanced ion implantation technology and micro-machining technology to make silicon sensitive components with Wheatstone bridges and precision mechanical structures. The water pressure at the location of the sensor acts on the silicon sensitive element through the interface to achieve linear conversion between the applied pressure and the output signal. The laser adjusts the thick film resistor network to compensate for the temperature performance of the sensitive element. The signal measured by the sensor is converted into a 4-20mA standard current or RS485 signal output through a professional signal conditioning circuit to achieve accurate measurement of liquid depth. The series of submersible liquid level gauges adopt advanced isolated diffused silicon sensitive components. Put directly into the container or liquid, it can accurately measure the height from the end of the liquid level gauge to the liquid level, and output the liquid level value through 4-20mA current or RS485 signal. Injection-type liquid level gauges are widely used in liquid level monitoring fields such as urban water supply and drainage, sewage treatment, groundwater, reservoirs, rivers, and oceans.
