Submersible Level TransmitterPrinciple
The input liquid level transmitter uses a high-pressure sensor as the measuring element to accurately measure the hydrostatic pressure that is proportional to the liquid level depth, and converts it into a standard (current or voltage) signal output through the signal conditioning circuit, establishing a linear relationship between the output signal and the liquid depth, and realizing the measurement of the liquid depth. This product has high precision and small size. It can be placed directly into the liquid and can measure the liquid height from the transmitter end to the liquid level. It is easy to use. It is suitable for liquid level measurement and control in petroleum, chemical industry, power plants, urban water supply, hydrological exploration and other industries. The two-wire submersible level gauge consists of a special gas cable with a capillary inside, a compression joint and a probe. The probe structure of the liquid level gauge is a stainless steel cylindrical core with a diaphragm at the bottom, which is covered by a plastic shell with a hole. The liquid level measurement is actually the difference between the hydrostatic pressure at the probe head and the actual atmospheric pressure, which is then converted into a 4-20mA output signal by the ceramic sensor (attached to the stainless steel membrane) and electronic components. Input level transmitter series static pressure input level transmitter (liquid level gauge) is suitable for liquid level measurement of various media in petrochemical, metallurgy, electric power, pharmaceutical, water supply and drainage, environmental protection and other systems and industries. The structure is exquisite, the adjustment is simple, the installation is flexible, and it is user-friendly. Standard signal output modes such as 4 ~ 20mA, 0 ~ 5V, 0 ~ 10mA can be selected according to user needs. When the liquid level transmitter is placed into a certain depth of the liquid to be measured, the pressure on the liquid surface of the sensor is the same.
The working principle of the input liquid level gauge is rho = ρ.g.h + Po type: P: transmitter liquid surface pressure, ρ: density of the measured liquid, G: local gravity acceleration, Po: atmospheric pressure on the liquid surface, H: depth of liquid placed by the transmitter. At the same time, the liquid pressure is introduced into the positive pressure chamber of the sensor through the air guide stainless steel, and then the atmospheric pressure Po on the liquid surface is connected to the negative pressure chamber of the sensor to offset the Po on the back of the sensor, so that the pressure measured by the sensor is: ρ.g.h. Obviously, by measuring the pressure P, the liquid surface depth can be obtained. 1. Good stability, full scale, long-term zero stability up to 0.1%FS/year. Within the compensation temperature range of 0 ~ 70°C, the temperature drift is less than 0.1% FS, and within the entire allowable operating temperature range, the temperature drift is less than 0.3% FS.
The input-type liquid level meter is equipped with reverse protection and current-limiting protection circuits. When the positive and negative polarities are reversed during installation, the transmitter will not be damaged. If there is an abnormality, the transmitter will automatically limit the current to within 35MA. The input liquid level gauge has a solid structure, no moving parts, high reliability and long service life. It is easy to install, simple in structure, economical and durable.
