Submersible Level TransmitterIt is a pressure sensor that measures liquid level. Based on the principle that the static pressure of the measured liquid is proportional to the height of the liquid, an isolated diffused silicon sensor or a ceramic capacitive pressure sensor is used to convert the static pressure into an electrical signal, and then converted into a standard electrical signal through temperature compensation and linear correction. It is widely used for liquid level measurement of various media in systems and industries such as shipbuilding, petrochemical, metallurgy, electric power, water supply and drainage, environmental protection and so on. Based on the principle that the static pressure of the measured liquid is proportional to the height of the liquid, the input liquid level gauge (liquid level gauge) uses foreign advanced isolated diffusion silicon sensors or ceramic capacitive pressure sensors to convert the static pressure into an electrical signal, and then through temperature compensation and linear correction, it is converted into a standard electrical signal (generally 4 ~ 20mA/1 ~ 5VDC). Input-type liquid level gauge is suitable for liquid level measurement of various media in systems and industries such as shipbuilding, petrochemical, metallurgy, electric power, water supply and drainage, environmental protection, etc. Exquisite design, reasonable structure, simple adjustment and flexible installation make it easy for users to use. Users can choose standard signal output modes such as 4 ~ 20ma, 0 ~ 5v, 0 ~ 10ma according to their needs.

Submersible level gauges are widely used in real life, especially in the measurement and control of liquid levels in canned containers. In fact, the installation of the submersible liquid level meter is relatively simple. Generally, it can be installed according to the user manual. For users who are just starting to use the submersible level meter, there may be some installation details that are not clear. Let's talk about the installation method and installation precautions of the submersible liquid level meter.

If a submersible level gauge is installed in a static deep well or pool, a steel pipe with an inner diameter of about 45mm is generally fixed in the water (several holes are drilled at different heights so that water can enter the pipe smoothly), and then the static pressure submersible level gauge is placed in the steel pipe for use. But remember that the installation direction of the liquid level gauge is vertical, and the installation location needs to be away from the liquid inlet and outlet and the agitator.

Things to note when installing a liquid level gauge are as follows:

1. During transportation and storage, the input level gauge should keep its original packaging and then be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse.

2. In situations where vibration is large, it is recommended to wrap steel wire around the input liquid level gauge to achieve a shock-absorbing effect and avoid breaking the cable.

3. Connect the power supply strictly according to the wiring instructions.

4. When the medium fluctuates greatly and the gas cable is very long, it is necessary to use a sleeve to fix the plunger level meter probe to prevent the probe from swinging and affecting the measurement accuracy.

5. When the submersible liquid level meter is installed on the side, the bending radius of the gas cable should be greater than 10cm to avoid damage to the gas cable due to excessive bending.

6. The grounding end of the input level meter should be reliably grounded and connected to the power shielded wire.
