Submersible Level TransmitterIt is a liquid level instrument with practical structure. The difference between it and the traditional dripping liquid level transmitter is that the sensor is not in direct contact with the medium, but is transmitted to the sensor through the air and liquid level changes in the pressure tube, thereby avoiding the medium from clogging the sensor, damaging and corroding it. The service life of the instrument is greatly extended, and due to its unique design, it is especially suitable for measurements of high temperatures, sewage, etc. It is widely used in liquid level measurement of open containers in petrochemical, steel, energy, food, sewage treatment and other industries, as well as tap water and other industries (the temperature can withstand 250 degrees high temperature). Then, let's learn about the common faults and solutions of the input liquid level meter!

The input liquid level gauge is designed and manufactured using advanced electronic ceramic technology, intermediate-free liquid dry pressure measurement technology, and thick film electronic technology. There are two significant technical differences compared to transmitters. One is that the measuring element should be made of new ceramic materials; the other is that there is no intermediate liquid in the measuring element and it is a solid.

The input liquid level gauge is based on the principle that the static pressure of the measured liquid is proportional to the height of the liquid. It is made of advanced isolated diffused silicon sensitive components or ceramic capacitive pressure sensitive sensors. A pressure sensor that converts static pressure into an electrical signal, and then through temperature compensation and linear correction, converts it into a standard electrical signal (generally 4-20mA/1-5VDC) to measure liquid level, can also be called a "static pressure level gauge, liquid level transmitter". "Liquid level sensor, water level sensor". Today we will talk about common faults and solutions of submersible level meters.

1. First check whether the output power supply is connected correctly. If the connection is found to be incorrect, it should be modified according to the instruction manual.

2. Use a three-output voltmeter to measure the output voltage between 24V and O/P. The output voltage should be between 13V and 36V. If the output voltage is abnormal, check whether there is any abnormality in the circuit or related liquid level gauge.

3. I don't know how to connect the two wires input to the liquid level meter signal converter to the instrument. Please follow the instruction manual to connect the 24V terminal of the signal converter to the 24V terminal of the instrument, and connect the O/P terminal of the signal converter to the AI terminal of the instrument.

4. Check the output voltage between IN and COM with an output voltmeter. It should usually be around 2.5V. If the output voltage is too low, remove the EXC line and check. If the output voltage returns to normal, the magnetic yellow module is abnormal. If the power is still low, the signal converter is damaged.

5. Water accumulates in the liquid level gauge. Please remove the accumulated water and wipe it dry. Make sure that the insulation between the line and the ground is above 100M. Then perform wiring construction according to regulations and seal all gaps with caulking glue.

6. The input liquid level gauge does not work. Use an electric meter to check whether the liquid level gauge is working properly. When the magnet is close, the contacts should be connected and the thermal resistance should be lower than 300M. After removing the magnet, the liquid level gauge should be turned on and the thermal resistance should be above 10M. If the above requirements are not met, the level gauge should be replaced with a new one.

7. Internal parts fall off. (1) Please first check whether there is a vibration motor or other vibrator level gauge in the tank environment. (2) Other products are purchased separately to prevent internal parts from falling due to vibration.

The above introduces the common faults and solutions of input-type liquid level gauges. If you need to know more related knowledge, you can contact us at any time!
