In electromagnetic flow meter, there are two methods to adjust the flow rate.
First, enter the password to enter the menu and find the caliber option. For example, if the diameter is DN50 and you want to increase the flow rate, you can change the diameter to DN65, and the flow rate will be greater than DN50.
Secondly, the flow rate can also be adjusted by adjusting the K coefficient. Similarly, enter the password to enter the menu and find the K-factor option. If the K coefficient is 1.065, you can increase the flow rate by adjusting the K coefficient value. The larger the K coefficient value, the greater the flow rate.
Before debugging the electromagnetic flow meter, a comprehensive inspection of the pipeline and flow meter should be carried out, including cleaning the debris and other oily media in the pipeline. The pipeline does not need to be dried.
Before the inspection, you should also check the electrical circuit. First check the connection of the circuit and ensure that the grounding is reliable before conducting other circuit tests and inspections to avoid damage to the instrument caused by the effect of circuit capacity, storage of electricity or measuring power.
In addition, insulation resistance and ground resistance tests are required. Before debugging, whether it is an instrument measuring aqueous medium suspension liquid or oily medium, the electromagnetic flow meter should be debugged by water to simulate the temperature, pressure, flow rate and other conditions of the actual measurement medium.
If an abnormality occurs or parameters are missing during the water flow test, the instrument should be individually tested or sent back to the production unit for calibration. After completing the single function water test and various preliminary debugging of the control host, the electromagnetic flow meter can be debugged for the system.
For oily medium pipelines, they must be dried before the measured medium can be introduced for system operation. During the system debugging process, the host should first scan the codes of each measurement point to ensure that all instrument components are in normal working condition, and then perform functional debugging.
During functional debugging, the host system should perform parameter reading, critical value alarm testing, etc. on each instrument, and then debug each instrument one by one, and send relevant data to the relevant host computer for analysis.
Another way of thinking is:
Before setting the instrument parameters, you must check whether the instrument is correctly connected to the pipe (including wire connection) and whether the installation is secure. When debugging the zero point of the instrument, you must ensure that the fluid in the pipeline is in a stationary state and the sensor part is well grounded.
After the instrument is turned on with the power switch, it automatically enters the measurement state. In the measurement state, you can press the "composite key + confirm key" to enter the converter function selection interface, that is, the parameter setting interface. When setting parameters specifically, the corresponding parameters should be selected according to the conditions of the liquid being measured. Although the specific operation is relatively cumbersome, detailed operating instructions are included in the manual of each model of smart electromagnetic flow meter.
The function conversion interface will appear during panel setting. Press the "composite key + confirmation key" and then press the "up key" or "down key" to perform operations such as "parameter setting, total amount clearing, coefficient change" and other operations. There are many parameter setting menus to choose from.
Intelligent electromagnetic flow meters are usually equipped with a remote control, and its operation is the same as the meter screen operation. During operation, the transmitting port of the remote control must be aligned with the receiving port of the instrument, that is, the two must be flush. The operating distance of the remote control is usually within 1 meter.
The display and operating elements of the electromagnetic flow meter help the user directly read all important parameters related to the measurement and configuration device. The local display area consists of two lines and can display measured values and/or the position of state variables, such as flow direction, pipe row diagram, etc. Users can freely change the assignment of display row variables according to their own needs and preferences to meet their own needs and preferences for display content, so as to achieve the purpose of becoming familiar with the display.
