Diaphragm Remote Pressure Transmitter is a sensor used to measure liquid or gas pressure. It converts the pressure of the measured medium into mechanical displacement or electrical signal output through a diaphragm, and then transmits the signal to the control room or other required locations through a remote transmission device.

Due to the existence of the isolation film, the sensor is completely isolated from the measured medium and will not be corroded or contaminated by the medium. It has good safety performance and stability.

The main components of the diaphragm remote transmission pressure transmitter include sensors, diaphragms, conduction devices, signal converters and remote transmission devices. The sensor is the core component for measuring pressure. It is generally made of metal diaphragms, silicon wafers or ceramics. It converts pressure signals into mechanical displacement signals.

The diaphragm is a key component that isolates the measured medium from the sensor. It is generally made of 316 stainless steel, titanium alloy and other materials. The conductive device converts the mechanical displacement of the diaphragm into an electrical signal output, usually using a resistive strain gauge sensor or a capacitive sensor. The signal converter is used to convert the electrical signal output by the sensor into a standard signal output, such as a 4-20mA signal or a 0-10V voltage signal. The remote transmission device transmits signals to remote monitoring instruments or computers and other equipment, usually using wireless or wired transmission methods.

Diaphragm remote pressure transmitters are widely used in industrial automation, petrochemical industry, water treatment, pharmaceutical and other fields. They can measure the pressure, differential pressure, liquid level and other parameters of liquid or gas, and transmit the signals to the control room or remote monitoring center for automatic control, adjustment and alarm applications.

The structure of the diaphragm remote pressure transmitter mainly includes the following parts:

1. Pressure interface: used to receive the measured pressure, usually a pipe thread or flange connection.

2. Diaphragm: A component that converts the measured pressure into deformation. It is usually made of materials such as stainless steel and has high strength and corrosion resistance.

3. Sensor: used to measure the piezoelectric signal generated by the deformation of the diaphragm and convert it into an electrical signal for output.

4. Bracket: used to support the diaphragm and sensor, usually made of stainless steel and other materials.

5. Remote transmission unit: including signal conditioning circuit and output interface, etc., used to process the sensor output signal and transmit it remotely to the control system.

6. Shell: The above parts are assembled together and provide good protective performance. They are usually made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy and other materials.

In general, the structure of the diaphragm remote pressure transmitter is relatively simple, but its precise design and manufacturing requirements ensure its wide application in industrial automation, manufacturing, petrochemical and other fields.

Diaphragm remote pressure transmitter is a common pressure measurement and transmission equipment. It has the following characteristics:

1. Diaphragm structure: The diaphragm remote pressure transmitter adopts a diaphragm structure, which transmits the measured pressure to the measurement chip through the diaphragm, avoiding direct contact with the medium, thus improving the accuracy and stability of the measurement. At the same time, the diaphragm structure can also adapt to a certain range of pressure and temperature changes, so it can work normally in extreme environments such as high temperature, low temperature, high pressure, and low pressure.

2. Remote transmission output: The diaphragm remote transmission pressure transmitter can convert the measured pressure signal into a standard electrical signal output, such as 45V, etc., which can be easily connected to automatic control systems such as PLC and DCS for real-time monitoring and control.

3. Wide range of applications: Diaphragm remote pressure transmitters can be used for pressure measurement in a variety of media, such as liquids, gases, steam, etc., so they are widely used in chemical industry, petroleum, electric power, pharmaceuticals, food and other fields.

Specific application scope includes but is not limited to the following aspects:

1. Chemical industry: Diaphragm remote pressure transmitters can be used to measure parameters such as liquid level, flow and pressure in the chemical process to ensure the safety and stability of the production process.

2. Petroleum industry: Diaphragm remote pressure transmitters can be used to measure the pressure and flow in oil pipelines, monitor the production status of oil wells, and control the operation of oil production platforms.

3. Electric power industry: Diaphragm remote pressure transmitters can be used to measure the pressure and flow of steam, gas and other media in power plants to ensure the safety and efficiency of the power generation process.

4. Pharmaceutical and food industry: Diaphragm remote pressure transmitter can be used to measure pressure and flow in the pharmaceutical and food production process to ensure product quality and safety.

Diaphragm remote pressure transmitters have a wide range of applications and can be used for pressure measurement and control in a variety of industrial situations.
