The float ball with built-in magnetic system will move in the guide tube along with the liquid level of the medium to be measured. The casing is equipped with one or more magnetic reed electrical contacts. When the float reaches the preset height, the electrical contact is activated through the magnet, allowing different liquid level detections. This working principle is simple and reliable, and has a wide range of applications.
These level sensors are based on the float principle using magnetic transmission (the float moves up and down as the level of the liquid to be measured rises and falls). When the float reaches the preset height, the magnetic system in the float drives the resistance measurement chain in the guide tube. The entire process is equivalent to a 3-wire potentiometer circuit.
These level sensors are typically used as measured value receivers for continuous level recording and work by positioning a magnetic float based on the magnetostrictive principle.
These level sensors are typically used as measured value receivers for continuous level recording and work by positioning a magnetic float based on the magnetostrictive principle. This is an indicator mounted on the outside of the vessel's bypass chamber. There is a bypass cavity on the side of the container to be tested. There is a float in the cavity that floats up and down according to the liquid level of the medium to be tested. There is a radially symmetrical magnetic system in the float for generating a magnetic field. When the liquid level in the container reaches the corresponding height, the magnetic system in the float activates the magnetic rolling indicator attached to the outside of the bypass chamber, as well as the switch and measuring element.
The working principle of the liquid level sensor has been recognized and has a wide range of applications.
The sensor's continuous liquid level measurement is not affected by physical and chemical changes in the liquid, such as foaming, conductivity, insulation constant, pressure, vacuum, temperature, steam, condensation, bubble generation, boiling effect, specific gravity changes, etc.

Continuous liquid level measurement can be performed without being affected by physical and chemical changes in the liquid, such as foaming, conductivity, insulation constant, pressure, vacuum, temperature, steam, condensation, bubble generation, boiling effect, specific gravity changes, etc.
This type of indicatorCompareSuitable for instruments in steam applications (above 35 bar). In such applications, a mica shield must be used to protect the viewing window to prevent it from being corroded by water vapor. Of course, they are also suitable for a large number of other applications, especially for observing interface layers or liquid color. If necessary, backlighting can be installed behind the indicator to improve visibility.
Reflective liquid level indicators are based on the principle of light reflection, because: in the gas or vapor phase, light is reflected by the prismatic grooves in the observation window, resulting in a bright display effect; while in the liquid phase, light is absorbed, resulting in a dark indicator on the liquid level.
Using an instrument with an observation window to detect liquid level can almost ignore the influence of the physical properties of the medium, such as refractive index, density, conductivity, color, etc.
Very low certification requirements
Medium directly visible
No external power supply required
Can be customized according to multiple standards and user standards
The process is simple, reliable and widely recognized
