Our electromagnetic flow meter is a very high-accuracy, high-precision, long-life flow meter. It is basically composed of two parts: a controller that directly touches the coal quality and a signal converter. The specific principle is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction in the scene. Our electromagnetic flow meter is mainly used to measure conductive liquids with a conductivity of 5μs/cm. In addition to conventional conductive flow rates such as water, it can also be used to measure liquids with strong alkali, strong acid and strong corrosion, such as drilling mud, ore slurry, etc.

When customers choose electromagnetic flow meter, they usually have the following methods to connect the electromagnetic flow meter to the pipeline:

1. Flange connection, the conventional connection method. There is a flange plate next to our electromagnetic flow meter that can be connected. When connecting, just connect the flanges on both sides for a long time. The controller volume of this type of link is relatively small and is only suitable for use in our small and medium-sized pipelines.

2. Threaded link. Generally speaking, this method is only used by our medical and food-grade electromagnetic flow meter. Use threaded link directly!

3. Clamp-type link, this link method can also be called the hygienic link method. The electromagnetic flow meter linked by this method can be quickly installed and disassembled, making it convenient for us to perform regular maintenance on the machine!
