In industrial applicationsmagnetic flap level gaugeIt is undoubtedly a product with relatively good reliability in liquid level measurement. It is recognized by the majority of users because of its simple installation and maintenance. Here we will do some analysis and answers to the problems that will be encountered, such as the stuck float ball of the magnetic flap liquid level meter.

After research, it is not difficult to find that the problem is nothing more than the following points:

1. The float is stuck by iron filings or other dirt that is magnetically adsorbed by itself.

2. The ambient temperature is too low, causing the medium to freeze and the float to fail to rise or fall.

3. After being used for a period of time, the float may get stuck by existing impurities and become unable to move.

4. The installation angle of the float is less than 87 degrees, and the tilted float affects the up and down movement of the float.

5. The magnetic flap liquid level gauge does not take the necessary insulation measures.

6. The float of the magnetic flap level gauge was corroded and then perforated, and liquid entered it.

8. Causing caused by long-term non-use

9. There may be residues in the tube that have not been cleaned up.

In order to avoid the above defects, 304 or 316L stainless steel should be used when producing floats. The inner diameter of the float should match the outer diameter of the float. The size of the float should be accurately measured according to the density and pressure conditions of the on-site medium. Product quality should be strictly controlled from the aspects of material selection, design and production. This greatly reduces float failures and ensures the stable operation and normal operation of the magnetic flip roller switch.
