Instruments are one of the important resources in many occasions and processes such as production process, quality inspection, experimental analysis, etc. As the name suggests, instruments are used for measurement or inspection to ensure normal and stable production of various production data. Therefore, the stable and reliable operation of instruments and meters is an important production issue. What kind of maintenance measures can ensure that the instrument is 1) accurate in data?

Under normal circumstances, your instruments and equipment will be checked, calibrated and inspected regularly, but 88), not only that, routine maintenance of your instruments and equipment should also be completed. Let you and I briefly talk about the necessity of instrument maintenance.

Instrumentation is precision production and testing equipment. Their interiors are composed of some precision parts and circuit board components. This batch of components and circuit boards are susceptible to interference from the external environment, such as dust, water mist, lighting, microelectronics, magnetic fields and other factors, which can easily affect the measurement results of the instrument. Routine maintenance of the instrument is a necessary condition to protect the instrument and reduce the failure rate of the instrument. In the process of using a laser rangefinder, not only the external environment is affected, but the aging or overloading of its internal components can also cause abnormal and inaccurate operation of the equipment. If there is a problem with some of the instruments 1 used in safety inspections and the consequences are unknown, then routine maintenance can effectively reduce the incidence of this batch of accidents. Intelligent electromagnetic flow meter is a common flow meter in industrial production. Based on the collection of stable and reliable flow data, the stable operation of your and my smart electromagnetic flow meter is essential. For the daily maintenance of smart electromagnetic flow meter, you and I master the following aspects:

1. Intelligent electromagnetic flow meter maintenance 0-point inspection and adjustment

Before the intelligent electromagnetic flow meter is put into operation, when the electromagnetic flow sensor is filled with static liquid after being powered on, the 0 point must be adjusted. After it is put into operation, it should also be inspected at 0 points when it stops flowing regularly based on the usage conditions. In particular, for precipitated and easily contaminated electrodes and non-clean liquids containing solid phases, inspections should be carried out more frequently in the initial stages of operation in order to gain experience in determining the normal inspection cycle. Compared with rectangular wave excitation, smart electromagnetic flow meter that use communication excitation are more likely to experience zero-point drift, so attention should be paid to inspection and adjustment.

Two examples of applied errors in deposited layers are given. 1 is a process variable in which the total flow rate of cement slurry injected in oil drilling and cementing projects is critical and is generally measured by high-voltage electromagnetic methods. This instrument is used intermittently. After use, rinse the sensor measuring tube with clean water. The remainder and period are empty. Due to incomplete cleaning, the remaining cement slurry on the inner wall of the measuring tube solidified into a thin layer. In the past two months, this thin layer accumulated to form an insulating layer covering the entire electrode surface, causing abnormal operation until it eventually became impossible to operate.

The other 1 is an electrolytic cutting process test device, which uses an intelligent electromagnetic flow meter to control the flow of saturated salt solution. After 1 and period intervals, it is found that the signal flow gradually weakens and after 2 months the signal is 0. The reason is that during the electrolytic cutting process, iron oxide is deposited on the pipe wall, causing a short circuit. Remove delamination and return to normal in no time. 2. Maintenance of smart electromagnetic flow meter and regular check of the electrical performance of the sensor

First, roughly measure the resistance between the electrodes. Disconnect the signal connection between the sensor and the converter. The sensor is filled with liquid. Use a multimeter to measure the resistance of both electrodes and the ground terminal. Is the resistance value within the range specified by the manufacturer and is the measured value approximately similar. Record the first measured resistance value, which can help in future determination of the cause of sensor failure (e.g. whether the deposit is conductive or insulating).

2. Drain the liquid in the sensor and wipe the inner wall clean
