When the upper cover of the tuning fork level switch is unscrewed, the circuit module will be exposed. There is a sensitivity adjustment part on the circuit module, but it is not necessary to adjust it under normal circumstances, so the instrument will seal this part with a "QC" mark when it leaves the factory.

If you really need to adjust it, you should use a small screwdriver to adjust it gently to the left or right, remember not to press hard. When you turn it to the far right, the amplitude is greatest, and to the left, it is the smallest. The smaller the amplitude, the lower the density of the measurable medium (for example, foam measurement in a molding machine), but it can easily sound an alarm when material hangs up. For normal media, there is no need to adjust it. By default, it is set to the far right. As shown in red below:

After calculation, the liquid level switch of the front fork 11 tuning fork has been accurately adjusted. Under normal circumstances, a small amount of material hanging will not cause false alarms.

The closer the fork body of the tuning fork material level switch is to the tail, the higher the sensitivity. Even if there is more material hanging near the thread, the alarm will not go wrong.

However, when using a tuning fork level switch to measure thicker materials (such as for measuring foam preheaters), it is recommended to install a purge device on the level switch to ensure that the alarm is not missed due to alarms. Hanging material.
