It is very important in modern automated industrial production and is already widely used in many factories. When we use the equipment, some faults will inevitably occur. The faults of the electromagnetic flow meter during operation mainly include external causes and internal causes. If you want to solve the problem in time, you must understand the cause of the fault.

When we find that the flow measurement value does not match the actual value, we must first check the circuit board problem of the transmitter. When the liquid flow rate is too low, the measured liquid contains tiny bubbles. The bubbles rise and gradually converge above the pipe, causing the fluid flow area to change. When there is a lot of gas, interference signals will be generated, affecting the accuracy of the measurement. In addition, poor connection of the signal cable or degradation of the insulation performance of the cable during use may also cause inaccurate measurement values. At this time, you can choose to replace the circuit board to solve the problem.

When the output signal exceeds the full range, the general reason is that the signal cable wiring is incorrectly connected or disconnected. In addition, inaccurate parameter settings of the converter can also cause this phenomenon. For this problem, we should check whether the signal loop connection is normal. If the signal loop is disconnected, the output signal will exceed the full value, and the line should be reconnected.
