1. There is no display on the screen and no sound from the probe: Check whether the power supply is normal.

2. Screen error message ERR 01: Check whether the probe connection is normal.
3. Screen error message ERR 02: The ID of the probe and the transmitter are inconsistent. Press the button to set the ID to be consistent.
4. The relay works abnormally: Check whether the relay settings meet the requirements.
5. The instrument display is normal, but the output signal current is abnormal: Check whether the wiring is correct, whether the current load impedance meets the requirements, and whether the central control room module is configured normally.
6. There is no display on the panel but there is sound from the probe: Check whether the LCD screen connection is normal.
7. The keyboard keys are invalid: Check whether the keyboard connection is normal.
8. The instrument and the host computer cannot communicate: Check whether the wiring, ID, communication rate, and communication protocol are correct.
9. The instrument's close-range measurement is normal, but the far-end measurement is abnormal: first check whether the installation is normal, and then check whether the parameter settings are reasonable.
10. A near-end deadlock occurs in the instrument: Check whether it is a true response to the working conditions and whether the parameters are reasonable.
11. The instrument has serious measurement abnormalities after running for a period of time: Check whether the instrument is loaded with material and clean it in time.
12. Large fluctuations in instantaneous flow values are manifested in two aspects: large fluctuations in signal strength and large fluctuations in the measured fluid itself: adjust the position of the probe and increase the signal strength (keep it above 3%) to ensure stable signal strength. If the fluid itself fluctuates greatly, the position is not good. Re-select the point to ensure the working condition requirements of the first 10D and the last 5D.
13. There is no display when the ultrasonic liquid level meter is turned on: Check whether the wiring is correct and whether the power supply is on. Whether the voltage meets the requirements; whether there are obstacles between the liquid level and the ultrasonic transducer (i.e., the probe), blocking the emission and recovery of sound waves; whether the liquid level changes too fast, whether there are bubbles or rolling fluctuations on the surface; whether the liquid level meter probe is installed vertically, if it is tilted, the echo will deviate from the normal line, making the instrument unable to receive it; the liquid level meter is installed When installing, check whether the probe and the container wall are too close. If the liquid level is slightly unstable, the sound path difference between the echo on the container wall and the direct wave will be small, resulting in interference superposition, which will make the instrument indication inaccurate; whether the instrument mounting frame is vibrating; there is no liquid level, or the liquid level is too high and enters the blind zone, causing the instrument to have no echo signal..
14. After powering on, the instrument only has backlight and no characters are displayed: usually the program chip is lost. It is recommended to send the instrument back to the original factory for processing.
15. The instrument cannot be used under strong on-site interference: due to the large fluctuation range of the power supply, interference from frequency converters or strong magnetic fields around it, and incorrect grounding wires. Provide stable power supply to the instrument. Install the instrument away from frequency converters and strong magnetic field interference, and have a good grounding wire.
16. Dewdrops condense on the ultrasonic liquid level meter probe: Apply lubricant on the probe surface to avoid the appearance of dewdrops; install it tilted and use gravity to eliminate dewdrops.
