No matter which principle sensor we use, we need to compensate for the medium temperature, ambient temperature and other data of the current working conditions. The reason why your sensor is not precise enough and difficult to use during use is because the error is mostly related to the compensation of the pressure sensor.
Doweston's pressure sensors have independent temperature compensation technology and digital circuit technology. We not only compensate for the temperature error of the front-end sensor, but also compensate for the temperature error of the transmitter module in the electronic compartment to achieve accurate slope correction.
Many times we will also apply diaphragm technology to pressure measurement, and use technologies such as isolating the diaphragm and then filling it with silicone oil to measure some unfriendly media.

Diaphragm seals are frequently used in the process industry for pressure measurement, to protect the measuring device from aggressive media or to create gap-free process connections.
The disadvantage is that the diaphragm seal is not completely non-reactive. The pressure transfer fluid expands due to process heat and deflects the separation diaphragm.
This creates a restoring force that depends on the stiffness of the diaphragm mentioned above, which is accepted as an error in the pressure measurement.
To address this issue, LABOM developed and implemented further compensation processes in order to create a solution to this problem.
The temperature of the pressure-transmitting fluid is recorded with an additional temperature sensor (ATC technology (ATC = Active Temperature Compensation)). The sensor is placed as close as possible to the separation diaphragm.
The sensor therefore records the temperature of the liquid behind this diaphragm with high accuracy.
The resulting error can now be corrected mathematically and instantly, so that using a small diaphragm seal at rest can reduce the temperature error by 80-90%.
Therefore, high-precision pressure measurements can be obtained directly from the high accuracy of the pressure measuring device.
