DOWESTON-TA-100 seriesTemperature SensorFor temperature measurement in the pharmaceutical and food industries as well as other process industries.

Structure

• The sensing element consists of a ceramic plate to which platinum is fixed based on thin film technology. Resistance changes with temperature. The resistance is 100 ohms at 0°C.

• Due to the light weight of the sensing element, two things are ensured:

• The response time is short and not sensitive to vibration.

• Connector: Type B according to DIN 43729, aluminum IP 55, optional stainless steel IP 65, plastic with threaded cap, aluminum with threaded cap

• Sensor: Pt100 according to IEC 751

• Number of sensors: 1 or 2

• Outer diameter: 8mm

• Material of the hole: stainless steel AISI 316Ti (1.4571).

• Process connection: OD 38 or OD 51 bottle clamp.

• Accessories: Temperature transmitter 2-wire 4-20 mA, HART communication, Profibus PA, Foundation Fieldbus EEx ia IIC T4/T6, for use in hazardous areas

• Maximum working pressure: 50 bar

• Maximum fluid velocity: gas 25 m/s, liquid 3 m/s

• Temperature range: -50 + 400°C. Outside these limitations, wire-wound sensors will be used

• Accuracy: ±0,3 + 0,005 xt where t is the temperature in °C (Class B), higher accuracy on request Class A, 1/2 DIN, 1/3 DIN 1/6 DIN

• Electrical connection: PG 16 for type B and plastic heads, PG 16, M20, ½" NPT for stainless steel and threaded aluminum heads
