Principle
■ The LRH-100 series weight level meter is composed of a reduction motor, a reel (take-up wheel), a cable (steel cable), a weight, a pulse wheel, a position sensor and a control circuit. When the measurement starts, the on-site sensor (probe) controls the weight to quickly drop to the material surface. Once the measuring hammer touches the surface of the material to be measured, it immediately rises and returns to the position to be measured. The encoder in the sensor emits a pulse signal equivalent to the displacement of the weight. After calculation and processing by the embedded computer, the position or relative position of the material surface is displayed on the controller panel, and a 4---20mA standard instrument signal corresponding to the material level is output. The entire process is timed by manual buttons or by an embedded computer until the start of the next cycle.
The LRH-100 series weight level measurement system is particularly suitable for demanding measurement occasions where other material level meters cannot work due to dust, steam, temperature, etc.
