TW-120 explosion-proof thermocouple temperature sensingDeviceIn industrial production processes, temperature is one of the important parameters that need to be measured and controlled. In temperature measurement, thermocouples are widely used.simple structure, easy to manufacture,Wide measuring range, Small inertia and output signal facilitate remote transmissionAnd many other advantages. In addition, since the thermocouple is aPassive sensor, no external power supply is required during measurement, and it is very convenient to use.
Principle:
■ The principle of the TW-120 explosion-proof thermocouple temperature sensor is that when two different conductors or semiconductors A and B form a loop, and the two ends are connected to each other, as long as the temperatures at the two nodes are different, the temperature of one end is T, which is called the working end or hot end, and the temperature of the other end is T0, which is called the free end (also called the reference end) or the cold end. An electromotive force will be generated in the loop, and the direction and size of the electromotive force are related to the material of the conductor and the temperature of the two contacts. This phenomenon is called the "thermoelectric effect", the loop composed of two conductors is called a "thermocouple", these two conductors are called "hot electrodes", and the electromotive force generated is called "thermoelectromotive force".
Features:
■ For temperatures from -270 to +1800°C
■ Flexible sheathed cable with anti-vibration measuring insert
■ Protecting tube diameter (from 3.0 mm)
■ Application-specific insertion length
■ Simple assembly and easy replacement
■ Compression spring temperature sensing element, good shock resistance
■ Fast thermal response time
■ High mechanical strength and good pressure resistance
■ Long service life
Application Areas:
■ TW-120 explosion-proof typeThermocouple temperature probes are often used to measure the temperature of gas or liquid in furnaces and pipes and the surface temperature of solids in control equipment, thermal power generation, heat medium boilers, heating systems, etc.
