DOWESTONFlange type thermowellInstruments can be removed without depressurizing or losing process content.Thermowells also protect instruments from bending in the process media.Flanged thermowells are suitable for applications that require frequent disassembly or replacement due to corrosion or other hazards.Flange connections bolt to mating flanges installed on process piping.Common installations include large pipelines with high pressure and high corrosion.
