Large pipe, flange connection flow monitoring switch

Flow status monitoring of large pipelines and flange-connected equipment,Switch alarm, current cut-off and idling protection

FS-37 series flange connection type baffle flow switch uses the flow force of the liquid to drive the blade to measure whether the liquid in the pipe is flowing. economicalLow cost, can be used forpipes of different sizes, Good repeatability, both liquid and gas can be measured,well-sealed and other features. flange easy installation,Low installation requirements, Resistant to slight corrosion,Suitable for variousPipeline interruption protection, pump idling alarm or control.

Features

FEATURES

The FS-37 series flange-connected baffle flow switch uses the flow force of water to drive the blade to test whether the liquid in the pipe flows. When the liquid does not flow in the pipe, the spring presses the magnet downward and the blade becomes vertical. At this time, the reed switch has no action and the contact is in the normally open (NO) position. When there is liquid flowing in the pipeline and the liquid flow rate is enough to push the blade up about 20B~30B, the eccentric transmission piece above the blade pushes the magnet upward, and the attraction of the magnet causes the magnetic reed switch to operate. At this time, the contact is closed, and the length of the blade will also change due to different pipe diameters.

■  For the detection of forward liquid flow, the pressure can be as high as 2000PSIG (137.9bar)

■ Unique cam design ensures low pressure drop and eliminates the need for bellows

■ Sealing or mechanical connection Limiting insertion depth: the paddle shaft can be moved out of the liquid line as flow increases

■ Pipeline size: DN32~DN150

■ Main structural material: stainless steel or brass

■ Setting type: Fixed
