The fixed gas detector UB255 series is suitable for real-time and accurate detection of gas concentration and leakage in various environments, using catalytic combustion, atmospheric monitoring, electrochemistry, thermal conductivity, laser, PID, infrared and other sensors and microcontroller technology. It has the advantages of fast response, high measurement accuracy, good stability and repeatability. The explosion-proof wiring method is suitable for various dangerous places, and is compatible with various control alarms, PLC, DCS and other control systems, which can simultaneously realize on-site alarm and early warning, 4-20mA Standard signal output, relay switching output; perfect display of various technical indicators and gas concentration values; at the same time, it has a variety of extremely strong circuit protection functions to effectively prevent instrument damage caused by various human factors and uncontrollable factors.
■ Intrinsically safe circuit design, explosion-proof certification, secondary lightning protection, anti-static, lightning protection and anti-static capabilities exceed national standards, and can withstand high-intensity pulse surge current impacts. High reliability and stability.
■ Standard bus RS485 and 4~20mA standard signals are output simultaneously, 1 set of relay switch output, optional frequency output 200-1000Hz, Hart protocol signal, 1~5V output, wireless transmission (10-50 kilometers or unlimited distance). It can be wired or wireless remote real-time monitoring, and the data can be uploaded to a mobile phone or transmitted to the Environmental Protection Bureau, other monitoring centers, monitoring equipment, and monitoring computers through LAN or the Internet, and the on-site concentration can be monitored in real time through free host computer software or gas alarm controllers.
■ It is compatible with various secondary meters, data acquisition modules, PLC, and DCS systems. It can directly drive solenoid valves, fans, alarms and other equipment, and can also drive high-power equipment by driving intermediate relays.
■ The standard infrared remote control can realize operations without opening the cover in dangerous situations, such as: modifying alarm points, concentration calibration, zero point calibration, silencer, factory reset, entering menu, 2.5-inch high-definition color screen (TF) to display real-time concentration, temperature, humidity, automatic tracking of zero point to prevent drift, temperature compensation, and multi-level calibration.
