Compared with other conventional flow meters, the FTUM-2800B ultrasonic flow meter has the following features in addition to its high on-site installation flexibility, high response speed and better measurement capabilities at low flow rates:
1. Use an independent high-performance FPGA chip with a 400,000 gate array. The measurement rate can be greater than 300 times per second. Compared with other brands, the tolerance rate of bubbles in the measurement pipe diameter has been greatly improved. It can withstand continuous bubbles for up to 5 seconds.
2. The signal strength increases, and it has greater penetrating power against various scales, rust in pipes and pipe linings.
3. 4-line LCD display, Chinese/English bilingual menu, easy to operate.
4. The sensor adopts special manufacturing process and matching technology, and the zero point range can be controlled within 0.03m/s. The static time difference between each pair of sensors is less than 2 nanoseconds, thus effectively ensuring the authenticity of the measured time difference.
