FTM-1630 slightly curved Coriolis mass flow meter
High precision, complex media, multi-parametersMeasurement
The FTM-1630 slightly curved Coriolis force mass flow meter uses the Coriolis force effect to measure mass flow. It is specially used to measure flow under complex conditions.Liquid, solid-liquid two-phase slurry (juice, etc.), liquid containing trace amounts of gas, highly toxic, highly corrosive, high viscosity (honey, etc.), non-Newtonian fluidMediummass flow, density, temperature, Extremely high measurement accuracy and good stability, there are no obstructing moving parts in the tube, the structure has no dead ends, and it is easy to clean.
The FTM-1630 slightly curved Coriolis force mass flow meter uses the Coriolis force effect to directly measure the mass flow rate of the medium passing through the flow meter. It can also measure the volume flow rate and density of the medium and indirectly measure the temperature of the medium. It is suitable for various fields such as ingredients, filling and accurate measurement in the food and beverage industry, ingredients to reactors in the chemical industry, aromatic hydrocarbon cracking, oil and gas metering and transportation, navigation fuel consumption measurement, pulp and paper additives, colorant addition and other fields.
■Corrosion-resistant stainless steel, ABS full mold production probe with simple structure
■Sturdy, no moving parts, no dead ends, easy to clean, long service life, strong anti-interference ability
■High measurement accuracy, good stability and short response time
■Can measure mass flow, volume flow, density, temperature and other parameters
■It can be used not only for general process detection, but also for the measurement of toxic liquids, pulp and paste liquids.
■ Using SMD devices and surface mount (SMT) technology, the circuit has high reliability;
■ The measuring range can be modified online according to the actual needs of the user on site to better match the collection terminal;
■ With RS485, RS232, Hart, Modbus, Profibus-DP and other digital communication signal outputs (optional);
■ It has self-check, self-diagnosis and alarm functions;
■ Measurement is not affected by medium characteristics
Application Areas:
■ FTM-1630 slightly curved Coriolis mass flow meter is used to measure mass flow, volume flow, density, temperature in mining, energy, steel, petroleum, chemical, food, medicine, electric power, industry, water conservancy, and other departments. It can also measure corrosive and toxic liquids such as acids, alkalis, and salts.
