LSD-20 series photoelectric liquid level switch

MostMechanical equipment, small installation spaceLiquid level alarm

The LSD-20 series light-sensitive liquid level switch adopts the principle of total reflection, and the total reflection or transmission of light is used as the basis for the liquid level alarm output.featuresCompact structure, easy to install, no moving parts, reliable and durable, covering most measurement requirements. Suitable forLiquid level alarms for various mechanical equipment, optionalglassAnd plastic various probe materials, Normally open and normally closed can be set.

Features

FEATURES

The LSD-20 series light-sensitive liquid level switch adopts the principle of total reflection, and the total reflection or transmission of light is used as the basis for the liquid level alarm output. The refractive index difference between the sensor front-end material and the air is very large. If light is incident from the sensor into the air, and the incident angle is greater than the total reflection critical value, total reflection occurs and is received by the photoreceptor; when the medium becomes a liquid, almost all light passes through the sensor front-end because the refractive index of the liquid is close to the sensor front-end material. This principle is designed using light emitters and light receivers and is used in LSD light-sensing liquid level switches, which can detect and distinguish liquid levels and drive alarm circuits used in back-end system equipment to output switching quantities..
