Heat-Traced Magnetic Level Gauge

 operating principle:

■ LTF-100B series electric heating magnetic flap level gauge is developed based on the principle of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. When the liquid level in the measured container rises and falls, the magnetic float in the body tube of the liquid level meter also rises and falls. The magnetic steel in the float is transmitted to the magnetic flip column indicator through magnetic coupling, driving the red and white flip columns to flip 180°. When the liquid level rises, the flip column changes from white to red. When the liquid level drops, the flip column changes from red to white. The red and white junction of the indicator is the actual height of the liquid level inside the container, thus achieving clear indication of the liquid level. The electric heating magnetic flap level gauge is equipped with an electric heat source and an asbestos insulation layer outside the main body of the base type, which can maintain the temperature of the liquid in the main body at about 75°C to allow the liquid to flow normally. The outside is made of 304 stainless steel plates and has a beautiful appearance. Electrically traced electric heating magnetic flap level gauge is suitable for liquids that solidify in low-temperature environments.

Unique design:

■ A liquid level transmitter and a magnetic switch can be added, which can be installed or adjusted at any time without shutting down the machine.
■ The plastic housing magnetic switch is acid and alkali resistant, with a protection level of IP67. It is small in size and can adjust the control position at any time.
■ New bottom flange connection – no liquid residue, suitable for industries that frequently change processes. The liquid can be drained directly from the bottom without mixing or contamination.
■ Can be installed at the bottom of the device (trough without base), eliminating the need to raise the device like traditional indicators.
■ A spring buffer design is added to the upper and lower ends to prevent damage to the float ball during installation and transportation.
■ Float ball welding technology is excellent - using laser welding
■ The unique drawing holes are not easy to produce burrs, the float ball will not wear out, and the special construction method is not easy to leak.
■ The indicator is modular and available in red, green, and white colors for customers to specify. It is also made of ceramic, which is resistant to high temperatures and will not fade. Fluorescence can be applied according to customer needs to increase the recognition effect.
