Corrosion-Resistant Magnetic Level Gauge

principle:

■ LTF-100P corrosion-resistant type magnetic flap level gaugeInstall an extended bypass pipe on the outside of the tank, and install a liquid level indicator outside the bypass pipe. Put the float ball equipped with a magnet into the bypass pipe. Because the magnetic color chip is equipped with a magnet that has the opposite magnetism to the float ball, when the float rises, it attracts the magnetic color chip to flip. The color of the magnetic color chip will flip from the white side to the red side to indicate the actual liquid level.

Unique design:

■A liquid level transmitter and a magnetic switch can be added, which can be installed or adjusted at any time without shutting down the machine.
■The plastic housing magnetic switch is acid and alkali resistant and has a protection level of IP67
■It is suitable for high temperature, high pressure, strong acid and strong alkali. It has a simple structure, is reliable and durable, and can be equipped with a variety of optional equipment to make control easier. 

■Can be installed at the bottom of the device (trough without base), eliminating the need to raise the device like traditional indicators.
■A spring buffer design is added to the upper and lower ends to prevent damage to the float ball during installation and transportation.
■Floating ball magnetic lines - can be sensed at 360 degrees. The two magnets excite each other to extend the magnetic lines.
■Add a different color chip every 10cm to make the liquid level easy to identify.

■The unique drawing holes are not easy to produce burrs, the float ball will not wear out, and the special construction method is not easy to leak.
■The magnetic switch position is adjustable for user convenience.  

 Application Areas:

■ LTF-100S series standard magnetic flap liquid level gauge is mostly used for liquid level measurement of wastewater treatment, power plants, chemical equipment, thermal coal boilers, and other industrial liquids with density ≥0.65g/cm³.
