Flanged Tuning Fork Level Switch

The LSC-100 flange type tuning fork liquid level switch uses a pair of piezoelectric crystals installed on the tuning fork base to make the tuning fork vibrate at a certain resonant frequency. When dampened by the material, the amplitude decreases sharply and the frequency and phase change significantly. These changes will be detected by the internal electronic circuit, and after processing, they will be converted into switching signal output.

■ Applicable solids: medium-density solid powders or granules that can flow freely. For example, fly ash, cement, sand, stone powder, plastic particles, salt, sugar, etc.

■ Applicable liquids: Measuring explosive and non-explosive hazardous liquids, corrosive liquids (acid, alkali solutions, etc.), high viscosity liquids, water, acid, alkali, mud, pulp, dyes, oils, milk, alcohol, beverages, etc.

■ Tuning fork material: stainless steel (optional coating of PP, PTFE)

■ Overload pressure: 35bar

■ Burst pressure: 40bar 

■ operating temperature:-20℃~75℃

■ Display: LCD indication output (optional)

■ Output: 2 sets of normally open and normally closed contacts; 0-10mA
